Anvers' signature blend is a super smooth couverture chocolate developed by head chocolatier Igor Van Gerwen from superfine cacao butter and very fragrant natural vanilla. This white chocolate has a 29.5% melt in the mouth cacao butter content and is very creamy and aromatic which makes it ideal for baking, hot chocolate or just to snack on.
