Our Covid-19 Approach

Please do not enter the store should you have any cold and flu symptoms such as cough, headache, fever, sore throat and loss of taste or smell. Should you feel unwell please call us to prepare your order and ask a friend to collect. If staff see any customers with any cold and flu symptoms in store please be prepared for our staff to ask you to leave.

Hygiene Practices

We are currently making every endeavour to maintain the highest standards of hygiene in our stores, including the frequent replacing and disinfecting of all scoops and bulk bins. Customers can find hand sanitiser located around the store. We have also stopped all testers and samples of all products during this time.

Social Distancing Measures

For the safety of our customers and staff and to enable appropriate social distancing measures, in line with government regulations, we are currently only permitting a maximum of 4-6 people in the stores at any one time, depending on the size of the store. We have clear markers on the floor of all stores to help customers keep their 1.5 meter distances.

Prepaid Orders

Our friendly staff can prepack your orders for you and process the payment over the phone for a quick collection to avoid time shopping.
